The Diocese of Pembroke hereby gives notice of the proposed sale of property:

Concession 2 Part Lot 9, Township of Greater Madawaska.

Approximately 3 acres of vacant waterfront property on the Madawaska River at the corner of Church Street and Flying Club Road.

Ontario Licensed Realtors who reside within the Renfrew Deanery of the diocese (Parish/Mission Centres include: Arnprior, Braeside, Renfrew, Mt St Patrick, Calabogie, Eganville, Cormac, Golden Lake, Douglas, Cobden and Osceola) are invited to submit their interest in listing the property via email to the Diocesan Financial Administrator by 12:00 PM Wednesday June 30th, 2021.

The listing agent will be determined by way of a lottery process on Wednesday June 30th, at 12:00PM.
